Our professionally decorated Suites, Cottages & Luxury Homes are situated in Seaside Heights and Seaside Park at three unique locations designed for family, fun and relaxation. Families and friends can now vacation together in one special, fun filled environment.

Me and my family have been traveling a lot the past few years and wanted to vacation in seaside heights for the boardwalk experience. We stayed at Lazy river rentals. Staff was friendly and helpful. If we needed something they came quickly. Never a problem and they allowed our baby girl GiGi a Maltese to stay with us. Accommodations were very clean and convenient and up to date. Very close to the beach and we had our own parking spot. We enjoyed the covered front porch and also the outdoor furniture in the back along with the grills. My favorite thing was having a tub. That is one of the most important things I look for

We’ve been going 3 years in a row! Awesome family friendly place to stay! Not far from the beach. Lazy River staff was so nice and accommodating. They were very helpful and treated us like family. The suites are the perfect size and overall the stay is always awesome!! I will definitely continue my end of summer family vacations here!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb( Lazy River)! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities you could possibly need. The host ( Mr Mariano, Rachael and Jason) were incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. I truly felt at home and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay!
