From September 1 through May 15 each year, Lazy River Rentals have been known in the medical, service and insurance industries to offer short term rentals for a period of no less than 14 days and no more than 90 days. Based upon the Guests particular circumstances, short term rentals can be extended up to 120 days. What are short term rentals: Short Term Rentals are fully furnished and include all utilities and
internet services that allows the guest to move in at fixed off season rate with no need to set up utilities, place utility deposits or move furniture from one house to another. Our furnished short term rentals are designed for contract workers such as travel nurses, medical professionals, contractors needed local presence and homeowner insurance or repair temporary relocation. Short term rentals restrict occupancy to a maximum occupancy of one guest per bedroom and local zoning prohibits any guest using the rental as a primary residence. Hence, approval will be based upon review of employment contracts, home ownership documentation or business registration, There are no application fees required, no monthly sales taxes and a reduced refundable security deposit.
